Shipping Policy

HOTEAR partners with leading international logistics companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, and collaborates with local carriers to provide direct delivery services. We take pride in offering a unified flat-rate shipping service.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on any single order over $49. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee of $9.

Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is 5–13 business days. A tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after order confirmation. However, the actual arrival date depends on the logistics provider and customs clearance procedures.

All orders and payments are subject to approval before shipping, which may take up to 48 hours. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Japan: 5–10 days
Germany: 10–15 days
United Kingdom: 8–13 days

HOTEAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, holidays, weather, strikes, protests, or other uncontrollable factors.

Shipping Process
Orders will be processed immediately after confirmation. No changes (including to shipping address) can be made after placing the order.
We only ship to the address provided at checkout and charge only for items actually shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax fees.
A confirmation email will be sent once the package is shipped.
Packages are processed only on business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

Order Processing Time
Typically requires 1–2 business days. Some items may take longer to process (up to 10 days during peak seasons), or may be subject to stock verification for high-demand products.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately from different suppliers, resulting in different delivery times.

Duties, Taxes & Other Fees
International packages may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. HOTEAR cannot estimate or control these charges.
If a package is refused and returned, the buyer is responsible for all import taxes and return shipping costs.
As customs policies vary by country, please consult your local customs office for details.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
HOTEAR is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
If tracking indicates “Delivered” but the package is not received, please file a claim with the carrier.
Claims will be evaluated based on the carrier’s timestamp and delivery records. Late reports may not be accepted.

Incorrect Address
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address.
No changes can be made after order confirmation. Once the shipment process begins, addresses cannot be updated.
